This Honduran café comes from the CAFESCOR Cooperative located near the small town of Corquin.
This region is the most coffee-efficient region in the country. It is renowned for the high quality of the beans produced with 30% of coffees classified as "Supremo".
The coffee farms in the area are small (from 1 to 5 hectares). The treatment of coffee once harvested by wash is preferred to preserve optimal quality in cups.
