Article 1. Object

Article 7. Payment terms
Purchases are settled by credit card. The bank cards accepted are: CB, Visa, and Master Card. Article 8. Deliveries
The products will be sent to the delivery address that the buyer indicated during the ordering process, only within the agreed geographic area. Participation in processing and shipping costs is defined as TTC. When shipping a full order, AZUL provides an original invoice including delivery fees and VAT.
AZUL delivers parcels all over metropolitan France.
Risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of AZUL.
AZUL offers the World Relay, Relais Colis and Colissimo delivery service.

Article 10. Right of retraction
All products sold benefit from the "satisfied or exchanged" clause for 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, Article L 121-21, provided that the product has not suffered any damage and is in its original packaging.

The customer exercises his right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L 121-21 of the Consumer Code within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This right is exercised by referring the product to Azul. The generation of the assets with the customer will be carried out at the receipt of the goods by AZUL, as a result of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In the event of a dispute, the client will first turn to AZUL for an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Marseille are the only ones competent, regardless of the places of delivery and the methods of payment accepted.
These general terms of sale in French will be executed and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any dispute that may arise on the occasion of its validity, interpretation or execution will be submitted to the Courts of Marseille, to which it is expressly granted exclusive jurisdiction.
AZUL reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale.
